Alex Malison and Smiley Hsu opened the Chat n' Chew restaurant in downtown Silver Spring, MD over 18 years ago. The two decided it was time to open up a restaurant that serves the freshest food available and prepared to order for each individual customer, the Chat n' Chew.

Over the years, the Chat n' Chew has established itself as a Washington-area institution. Every meal at the Chat n' Chew will tantalize four out of your five senses.
