Discuss any branded swag you plan to provide for the welcome kit with Jean Kline by 12/18/09.

Download coded shipping label(s) by 1/8/10 and ship exhibit materials and follow shipping guidelines to ensure equipment arrives at the Astor Crowne Plaza between 1/18/10 and 1/21/10.
